Everybody Looks Famous is a Pop Rock band from the UK who seem to be blowing up at the moment. I got the chance to ask them a few questions about plans for their debut album, influences, festivals and ice cream. Come see what they said!

Hey guys, so firstly I notice you are doing pretty well in the Red Bull Bedroom Jam, how does that feel?

It’s nice to know that fans are showing their support to help us get higher up the red bull bedroom jam buzz chart! We've been a band for a while so it’s nice to see the following that we have built up are willing to help us out!

I hear that you are currently recording your debut album, any idea when that is going to reach our ears?

Our debut album is a little while off yet, however we are releasing a FREE 5 track mini album April 1st and that will be available for free download from our sites and social network pages!

Who would you guys say your biggest musical influences are?

It depends; I think we are all influenced differently. I think that’s what gives us incredible diversity as a band. We can go from playing an indie style song to a heavy almost metal style song at the drop of a hat!

If you could play with any artist, dead or alive, at any venue who and where would it be?

I think it would be a dream come true for me to play at Wembley stadium with the Foo Fighters purely because they are such an iconic band and it would be an honour to share the stage with them!

What was the worst thing that has ever happened when you played live?

Lots of things happen when playing live, a lot more then sometimes we actually let on. We all mess up, I guess that’s what being a professional is all about being able to easily recover and cover up your mistakes! I think the worst thing that has happened to me personally recently was a cut my hand open whilst playing and blood was pretty much all over my guitar and everywhere!

If you had to choose one festival to play at, which one would it be and why?

I think if could choose a festival right now... it would have to be Reading and Leeds purely because of the diverse range of artists performing over that weekend! It would be an epic weekend with us rocking it!

When you were little, what was the band you listened to that made you think you were a bad ass?

We all had one. When I was little? I didn't really have any 'musical sense' back then but I think when I brought the CD for OPM heaven is a half pipe and it said the word 'fuck' that was the moment when I thought that I was a badass! haha! This question made me laugh!

What’s your favourite band at the moment?

Blink 182

What would you say your worst fear is; anything you are terrified of?

Snakes

If you had to choose a flavour of ice cream, what would you say your band was?

Ice cream, well I would have to say the 'Fab' ice cream you can get from Asda in the 'Pots' range! It’s like a total orgasm in your mouth! That’s what flavour ice cream we are.

Finally, what’s next for you guys? Any plans of a tour?

Lots of things are next but usually we try and take everything as it comes we have had a mega exciting start to 2012, so I guess just keep checking back and you will see what’s new! We will be soon, just getting a variety of shows under our belt at the moment! We will be hopefully heading out touring just after the summer!
